Before You Arrive
Why try Soho Saunas?
We're simply giving your body the space to remember what it already knows — through warmth, water, and stillness.
Not a protocol. A return.
Soho is not a sauna facility or a biohacking destination. It is a modern expression of Japanese bathing culture — where you wash carefully, move at your own pace, and allow the body and mind to settle.
Nestled at Soldier Hollow in the Wasatch mountains, there is no performance to achieve and no routine to master. Only the quiet invitation to become clean, become still, and listen.

Heat
The Deep Warmth
Step into cedar-scented warmth and let your shoulders release before your mind catches up. There is nothing to optimize — only heat, breath, and the gradual quieting of the day behind you.

Cold
The Clear Awakening
Cool water is not a challenge to overcome. It is a moment of clarity — a gentle return to the present. Step in when you're ready, and step out when you've had enough.

Stillness
The Mountain Pause
Between warmth and water, stillness is the gift. Sit with the view. Watch the light change. In the Japanese tradition, bathing is not something you rush through — it is a conversation with yourself.
Barrel Sauna & Cold Plunge
Two saunas at 160°F and 190°F, plus a cold plunge at 50–60°F — move between heat and cool at your own pace.
Mountain Setting
Open sky, alpine air, and wide views. A place to step outside, breathe deeply, and leave the day behind.
Japanese Tradition
Inspired by centuries of daily bathing — a ritual of cleansing, stillness, and care practiced across Japan.
Social or Private
Share the experience with others, or reserve the space exclusively for your group. There is no right way — only yours.
What a Visit Feels Like
Arrive
Leave the pace of the world at the door. The mountains are already quiet.
Wash
Begin with a shower. Wash thoroughly and leave the outside world behind.
Soak
Move between warmth and water at your own pace. Stay as long as you need.
Rest
Sit quietly. Breathe deeply. Return when you're ready. There is no perfect timing.
Come When You're Ready
You don't need a protocol. You don't need to perform. Just arrive clean, move slowly, and give yourself permission to listen.
